Abstract
The paper electrophoretic method to separate and identify twelve water-soluble vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, folic acid, p-aminobenzoic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, flavinadenine dinucleotide, flavinmononucleotide) was investigated by using 0.5% sodium acetate, 1% sodium borate, and 0.1% ammonium chloride as electrolyte. The mobilities of the compounds were shown as the relative one to flavianic acid. As the result, it was shown that all compounds could be identified by selecting the electrolytes.
