Experimental studies of α-tocopheryl nicotinate and α-tocopheryl acetate on the cooling rewarming test were done for 22 human subjects with 62 experimental couples of the mean rewarming times. Every subject was measured every 1 week after the administration of the oral dose of both the agents repeatedly. It was found that α-tocopheryl nicotinate had the more effective restoration of the times than α-tocopheryl acetate, especially on the fingertips. From the results, it was concluded that α-tocopheryl nicotinate had the more immediate, persisted and stronger accelerative effects on the microcirculation and its reserve strength than α-tocopheryl acetate.
