Comparative studies have been made mostly in hepatic diseases on the effect of single and simultaneous administration of vitamin B_<12> and methionine upon the migration velocity of neutrophils. Result : (1)Both vitamin B_<12> and methionine acted restoratively on the decreased migration velocity, but they were somewhat different in their mode of action. (2)In some cases the simultaneous use of the two substances proved more effective.
