To establish reference values for nutrition parameters for experimental animals, it is important to check the validity of results. Thus, we gathered observed values for Wistar rats fed on an ordinary purified diet. We showed typical curves related to growth, food intake, and water intake, along with the concentration of each B-group vitamin in urine and blood of male rats. We also showed the concentration of B-group vitamins in the milk of female Wistar rats.
