By means of the bloodless method the author observed systematically the influence of aktocor on the circulatory system. On the intravenous injection of 0.1 cc of aktocor per Kg, the maximal blood pressure increased immediately 52 mm Hg (40.5 %) on the average, thereafter decreasing swiftly it reached a lower value than the original one and in 5 minutes after the injection it showed an average decrease of 13 mm Hg (9.0 %). In the minimal blood pressure, after the immediate increase which reached an average of 32 mm Hg (47.9 %), a rapid decrease was caused, and in 5 minutes after the injection the pressure was somewhat lower than the original value. Thereafter blood pressures were gradually restored and recovered their original values within 20 minutes after the injection. The pulse curve amplitnde showed no definite change. The pulse rate decreased 116 immediately after the injection and the recovering took place swifty, too. Once a day for five days consecutively, 0.1 cc per Kg of aktocor was intravenously injected in the same rabbit. Each time almost the same changes were caused, being similar to those of the case mentioned above. Every day, before the injection, the blood pressure and the pulse rate showed a constant value but only the pulse curve amplitude showed a daily variation.
