In order to know how human are executing various tasks at the same time, also adapting to dynamic changes of task demands, we made out a new version of making breakfast task, based on the task in Craik & Bialystock(2006). The new task is the making breakfast task of Diner’s chef, which means that participants should make breakfast for multiple persons, dealing with additional orders, too. Five trials, adding more and more loads, were performed with 28 younger adults, and analyzed with multiple measurements, and the results showed three types of participants performance; High performance group, Low performance group, and some guarded pattern group, which showed decrements in performance of subtask, i.e., the table set task, but not in the first, making breakfast, task. Factors of those individual differences and differences between younger- and old adults will be investigated.
