To understand the actual occurrences of accidents in outdoor spaces during pregnancy, we conducted a foundational analysis of the circumstances surrounding these accidents and obtained an overview. Subsequently, we performed an analysis using co-occurrence networks on the responses obtained through open-ended descriptions, capturing their characteristics. As a result, we revealed that accidents occurring in pregnant women's outdoor spaces are associated with factors such as "physical condition," "losing balance while shopping," "children," "people boarding trains," "ascending or descending stairs," "snow-related incidents," "sidewalks," "vehicles and parking," and "changes in bodily functions."
