    This research focused on the influence of the interviewee's facial expressions on the interviewer's impressions during an online interview and aimed to provide useful information about online interviews for the students through an experiment. In the experiment, eight versions of video of the online interview consisting of two kinds of contents of the interview with two kinds of facial expressions performed by both male and female students were prepared. The two kinds of facial expressions are smiling and being stonefaced. One of two kinds of contents is “Tell me about yourself”, and “Tell me your major strengths and weaknesses”, and the other is “Tell me what you poured your energy into when you were a student”, and “Tell me what challenges you are looking for after joining the company”. 42 participants were required to watch four versions of video consisting of two kinds of the contents, by both of male and female, and with either smiling or being stone-faced and estimate the impression to the interviewee after watching each video.

    The results of the experiments revealed that the interviewee's smiling faces made the interviewer's impressions better than being stone-faced, and that the interviewee's facial expressions influenced the interviewer's impressions. The results also revealed that the change of the facial expressions during the interview also influenced the impressions, and that the presence or absence of the change of the facial expressions during the interview influenced the impressions even if the interviewee's final facial expression is the same.

    This paper reports the results of questionnaire survey to investigate the effectiveness of employee training with a small workshop experience. The survey was conducted to build a rapport with care workers at the beginning of co-creation project to improve their daily tasks or to create a novel health care service.

    The workshop was held as a 3-time event to design a leaflet to introduce their nursing facility. For a successful co-creation project, it is important to make them motivated for a cooperative attitude and behavior. The survey resulted in a slightly increased motivation by the workshop experience though a sense of accomplishment for the workshop was limited. The contributions of this paper are followings; introduction of a use case to make employee motivated for a long-term cooperative co-creation project, confirmation of the effectiveness of employee training by a 3-time workshop of only 30 minutes, and utilization of a leaflet to make a value of their jobs recognized.

    Now, digitization is progressing. The common wisdom was that "Paper is faster to read and understand better than Digital media". However, it is unclear if that the common wisdom is still correct. This study investigates how Paper and Digital media reading affects readers' understanding and UX. We asked young age group, middle age group, and senior age group to read some documents on Paper or Digital media and measured the reading time and comprehension. The result, Digital media performed better in young age group and middle age group, and Paper media performed better in old age group. For this reason, the common wisdom is not always correct. Therefore, we analyzed the relationship between the questionnaire results and the reading time and comprehension. The result, the high-use media had an advantage. Age didn't matter. In a word, it is possible that the amount of media used (=habituation) affects the reading time and comprehension.
