  • (A case study of a community supporter in Shimane_ken Oki_gun Ama_cho)

    Through the case study of Shimanae-ken Oki-gun Ama-cho, this research definitely shows the possibility and formal factor of limited period residence people who can play their role as community supporter. The five points of possibility as the community supporter is below. First of all, through the making a trust with local people, have a revitalize the local people's aggressive and do one self. Secondly, make a network in their region and be a speaker for other people's position. Third, introduce to Amacho's attractive to other country and have a meeting between local people and the limited period residence people to get a new intelligent and information in Ama-cho. Forth, Produce some new and fresh value through making a connection of Ama-cho's resource. Fifth, being a spot to understand Ama-cho's value and spread to outside. From now on, this study mentions the formal factor of community supporter by four points. At the first, there is the policy which permit a trial and error and freedom of challenge and also give stimulate to keeping a change to local people. Secondly, It is kind of procedure in Ama-cho, if the local people take limited period residence people having a family mind, they will contribute to region. Third, it comes out opportunity of one's ideal as well to keep high-level motivation through an experience in Ama-cho. Fourth, the limited period residence people's community is in Ama-cho.

    This article examines the community policy of Kishiwada city. Area citizen conferences of Kishiwada city are the community organizations which integrate neighborhood self-governing bodies and attributive or functional organizations. Area citizen conferences as a result of the community policy of Kishiwada city are in the face of difficult problems. “Resident's coproduction” which reconstructs the relations among residents has been a problem from scratch. The authority of area citizen conferences as the point of relationship is in great demand.
