Property Management and Real Estate Leasing business in Japan have been drastically enhancing its significance as social mission. In order to correspond to such mainstream trend in real estate industry, both private licenses of Certified Property Manager and Certified Building Administrator have established and operated. A few licenses granted certification by various organizations on real estate business were integrated into one license in 2007, “Certified Property Manager” which is granted its certification as general property management business expertise by Property Management Council Foundation. The other license, “Certified Building Administrator:CBA” is reviewed and approved as building management specialist by Japan Building Management Institute. Each license system has certain agendas and issues in establishment of fundamental principles and in prevailing in public and general so far. However, for the real estate industry of Japan in the future, these license systems and the certified licensers are much expected to grant mutual profits in public, to take over their social missions, and to achieve proper social cognition.
