Especially, this system is executed by restriction and control of religious spaces. However, promotion of urban development and economic growth is giving some changes to religious places. This communication will examine the activities and social role of "coordinators of local culture" in the patrimonialization of Camino de Fisterra-Muxia, one of St. James' Pilgrimage Ways, and Costa da Morte, located in Galicia, Spain. By focusing on individuals, "coordinators of local culture", I will discuss their "nostalgia", more than as collective memories, and multiple aspects of cultural heritage constructed between public and private.
