Inabe city is located in the northern Ise area of Mie prefecture, Japan. In recent years, the rural community of the city faces serious problems of low birthrate, longevity and depopulation as the most part of rural Japan. The city government started the policy of the green-tourism as a remedy for the problems and the residents of the rural area and the academic institutions were asked to participate in the movement. Accordingly, Yokkaichi University launched a project and began research and cooperating works. This article describes a part of the achievements of the various works done in the year since 2014 to 2015. The 462 natural, historical and cultural resources of the area were surveyed and the data were gathered to form a database for the green-tourism. The fourteen model courses of the trip were constructed and proposed according to the database. The digital maps and mobile app for introducing these regional resources and model courses to tourists were also prepared.
