Looking over the past study about health conditions of university students,we have found a lot of studies and reports concerning the following issues:health behaviors, lifestyles, preventing lifestyle−related diseases, mental health, smoking and drinking, and preventing AIDS. Those studies and reports have pointed out the undesirable fact that university students do not have enough knowledge and concern about nutrition, smoking, physical activities, and reposing, which are deeply related to their future health conditions,as well as other lifestyle−related problems such as undesirable behaviors, which consequently have affected their mental health, through building up stress.

Since there is a considerable anxiety about future health conditions of adolescent students, the following should be important subjects to work on:raising their awareness of health issues, improving individual's skills, and providing specific guidelines for better QOLs. In order to help them form desirable health habits,we need to make continuous efforts on health education, for making the idea of health promotion better recognized among them.

Moreover, better understanding about athletics in health and physical education is also important, because they,as well as solving their lack of physical activities, and providing them with knowledge necessary for maintaining good health, have met a wider range of needs, through enlarging and deepening their friendships with one another, for promoting mental and physical health conditions and preventing health troubles.
