The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of satisfaction with school life, experience of concerns and depression on help-seeking intensions among elementary school students. A total of 385 elementary school students completed a questionnaire including help-seeking intentions to friends and teachers, satisfaction with school life, experience of concerns and depression. The result of analysis of covariance structures indicated that (a) “approved as a classmate” and experience of concerns positively influenced help-seeking from teachers and friends, (b) “declining activity and pleasure” negatively influenced help-seeking from teachers and friends, and that (c) high level of“infringed” was related with high level of help seeking from teachers and low level of help seeking from friends.
