Computer vision is a general term for a technique that imitates human visual processing. In this paper, the author presents some of overview on the computer vision, especially, from the viewpoint of the three dimension measurement and the object recognition techniques. After introducing 3D-2D transform, various object recognition techniques are explained: a 3D model based structural matching, a 3D model based synthesized image matching, and a view-model based image matching.

The working area having the person who concerns with the I.P.S., are expanding and growing both protection and reduction to practice for the right of products deriving from R&D. However, Personal Sources is limited by quality and quantity, then it is preferable that are corresponded the dividing into the defense and offence works by in-house sources, difficult to response by out-sources, into the works from filing to acquiring the I.P. rights by the out sources with managing policies of the client company.

Recently, the systems and actions associated with industrial property rights have been changed dramatically; Intellectual Property-Related Laws have been revised frequently and the Government has led the Intellectual Property Strategic Programs. Under these circumstances, the partnership between a corporation and a patent attorney should be strengthened and enhanced, to control the cycle of the creation, protection and utilization of Intellectual Properties (the so-called Intellectual Creation Cycle) effectively, or to operate the Intellectual Creation Cycle smoothly.

The efficient computational method to solve the combined dynamic behavior of a Shinkansen train and the railway stnictine when the train runs at a high speed is discussed The motion of the train is expressed in multibody dynamics. The railway structure is modeled with finite elements. A simple mechanical model for the interaction between the wheel and rail is described. Based on the present method a computer program DIASTARS has been developed to solve the dynamic behavior. Industrial applications are demonstrated.
