観光地特に自然風景地に俗化等の問題をもたらす主要因の一つである交通機関の変遷を観光との関係から検討し時代区分を行った。その結果, 鉄道による第1期 (明治中期～明治末), 乗合自動車による第2期 (大正時代) 遊覧バス, ケーブルカーによる第3期 (昭和初期～昭和20年代), ロープウェイ, 展望道路による第4期 (昭和30年代), 自家用車, 高速道路による第5期 (昭和40年以降) の5区分を得た。

今年は、大河ドラマ「龍馬伝」の影響もあって、こじゃんと県外からお客様に土佐の高知に来て貰いゆう。龍馬伝の効果を県下全域に広げたいと思うて、「土佐龍馬であい博」を開催しゆう。高知駅前に観光情報のコンシェルジュ機能を持った情報発信館の「とさてらす」と龍馬伝をテーマにしたパビリオンを設置すると同時に、県下の東部・西部・北部に３つのサテライト会場を設けたがよ。この３つのサテライトは、地域の観光情報の発信機能を合わせ持っちょって、周辺の観光地等にお客様が周遊できるような仕組みになっちゅう。お陰様で今年は対前年比で、約７割も観光客が増えたがやき。 来年もこの勢いを落としとうないき、「志国高知龍馬ふるさと博」を開催したいと思いゆう。その博覧会の目玉として、大河ドラマ「龍馬伝」で使われた坂本龍馬の生家セットを移築することにしちゅう。坂本家の皆なぁが座ってご飯を食べるシーンがあったろう、あれよ。そして、龍馬だけではなくて、ほかの土佐の歴史上の偉人、例えば都会でも若い女の人にこじゃんと人気のある長宗我部元親とか、また旅行雑誌のアンケートでいっつも１位に輝きゆう、鰹のタタキ（僕らぁはもう食べ飽きちゅうけんど、やっぱり旨いちや）を始めとした美味しい食べ物、それから世界的な牧野富太郎博士の植物園や、まち歩きの「土佐っ歩（とさっぽ）」とか、こじゃんと面白いもんがいっぱい有るがやき。全部は書ききれんき、やっぱり実際に土佐の高知に来てみんと分からんと思うでぇ。けんど、なんじゃかんじゃ言うても、一番面白い観光資源は、「土佐人」やと思うき。早う、土佐の高知へ来てみいや！

AWA PAPER has a permanent identity that is going to keep with making paper, but on the other hand, also has a DNA that is always trying to whole new things without getting hung up on existing materials or manufacturing process, and let itself keep alive by going through changes. AWA PAPER is preposterous without being caught by common practice, and we are proud and feature of it on the contrary. In short, to pursue a possibility of paper is not caught by assumption what paper should be like, because paper has infinite possibilities by its nature. I would like to speak about that from past, present and future by introducing some episodes of our main products.

The aim of this study is to clarify how the between the performing-arts center and urban situation through the case study of Gunma Music Center. The findings are summarized as follows; 1) Preceding to the project, the performing-arts activity motivate the citizens to create their own music center. 2) The concept and the characteristics of the project was defined in the initial stage of the planning. 3) The citizens have opportunities to join the project through the collection of contributions, the explanatory meeting and the local media. 4) The relationships was cooperative enough to make the planning process advanced in the history of Japan performing-arts center.

Since 2003 the Japanese government has been enhancing tourism-related measures in order to increase Japan's national tourism industry. In this situation industrial tourism is greatly expected to develop as a new type of tourism in which people can learn and enjoy local culture and history from different angles. Industrial museums play an important role as core facilities for this industrial tourism. But unfortunately there is not enough data about industrial museums in Japan, because major surveys don't treat them as an independent category. For this reason we started original research on them in 2005. In this paper, based on the results of our research, we clarify current conditions and problems of industrial museums in Ehime Prefecture.

近年、地方都市の中心市街地において観光客を誘致する都市が増加しているが、それぞれの観光資源の状況に応じた事業が展開されていないと考えられる。そこで本研究では、「地方中心・中小都市」の98都市144計画を対象として、観光を活用した地方都市の中心市街地活性化に関する示唆を得ることを目的とする。地方都市の中心市街地において、観光資源の状況に応じて面的に事業を展開することで観光客の増加に成功している都市が複数存在している。しかし、新規の単体施設整備や多くの都市で取り組まれているイベントなどのソフト事業によって観光入込客数の安定的な増加を図ることは難しい。ここから、都市の持つ歴史や文化を活かしながら、資源をネットワーク化し面的に事業を展開していくことが重要になってくるのではないかと考えられる。

本論文は，地域のアイデンティティ確立を目指すまちづくりに成功した事例として，千葉県香取市（旧佐原市） の先進的な取組を取り上げ，過去の取組経緯をインタビューによって丹念に調査するとともに，関係主体の問題構造認識を分析することによって，成功の要因を抽出することを目的とする．情報収集のため，佐原の観光政策に関係する主要主体に対するインタビュー調査を実施し，また，分析に当たっては，問題構造化手法を適用した．分析の結果，「町並み保存関係者」と「佐原の大祭関係者」による独自活動がもたらした意図せざる相乗効果，市民団体による巧みな行政の活用および行政の巧妙な戦略的なプロセスマネジメントが，佐原の持続的な観光政策ならびにまちづくり型観光地形成を成立させるための成功要因であったことを明らかにした．
