Renewable energy is being sought to be introduced in ordinary households, but cost-effectiveness is an issue. In addition, recent energy price fluctuations have brought about fluctuations in cost-effectiveness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the cost for the realization of ZEH (net-Zero Energy House). The cost-effectiveness was calculated for each energy self-sufficiency ratio based on the weather data from the AMeDAS in Nagaoka City, referring to data from the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy and other sources.
