THE PURPOSE OF THIS ARTICLE IS TO PRESENT A NEW METHOD OF MAKING HOUSING-SUPPLY STRATEGIES. RECENTLY,ESPECLALLY AROUND THE CBD OF TOKYO METROPOLITAN AREA, LAND-VALUE HAS A GREAT INFLUENCE ON THE PRICES OF NEWLY-SUPPLLED HOUSINGS. THEREFORE, IN PLANNING THE STRATEGY THERE ,LA ND-VALUE STRUCTURE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED. THIS PAPER INVESTIGATES THE POSSIBILITY OF HOUSING SUPPLY, BY ESTIMATING THE TREND OF ACTUAL HOUSING SUPPLY IN URBAN RENEWAL AND SIMULATING THE PROFITABILITY OF HOUSING PROJECTS.
