    In this paper, a
    hide
    -and-search game with the risk criterion is investigated. The target space consists of n discrete regions and each region is characterized by the searching cost, the detection rate per unit searching effort and the reward when the target is detected. At the beginning of the game, a target selects a region so as to maximize the expected risk of the search and hides himself in it. On the other hand, a searcher searches the target allocating his available total searching cost among regions so as to minimize the expected risk of the search. We formulate this search situation as a two-person zero-sum game and derive optimal strategies.

    There are n, neighboring cells in a straight line. A man hides among one of all cells and stays there. The searcher examines each cell until he finds the hider. Associated with the examination by the searcher are a traveling cost dependent on the distance from the last cell examined and a fixed examination cost. The searcher wishes to minimize the expectation of cost of finding the hider. On the other hand the hider wishes to maximize it. This is formulated as a two-person zero-sum game and it is solved.

    本研究で観察を行った分類群は, Hustedt(1939) により北海沿岸のドイツ・ライブッフト湿地のハンブルガー砂州の試料から新種Nitzschia laevis Hustedt として記載されたものである. Frenguelli (1923) はアルゼンチンのコルドバから得たこれとは全く異なる分類群に対して,記載文中 (Frenguelli 1923, p. 91)でNitzschia levis と命名し, 図版 (Frenguelli 1923, pl. 8, fig. 3) にはN. laevis と記して新種記載を行っていた.これに気がついたVanLandingham (1978) は, 混乱を解決するため,Frenguelli (1923) の記載種をNitzschia levis Frenguelli とし,Hustedt (1939) のNitzschia laevis は後続同名later homonym であるとしたが,後者に対して新名を与えなかった.そこで筆者ら (Suzuki et al. in press) は両種の原記載を再検討し,Nitzschia laevis Hustedt に対して新名 Nitzschia amabilis

     Nitzschia amabilis は,Hustedt の記載(1939)以降,Nitzschia laevis の名で,世界各地からの報告がある(cf. Medlin 1978, Lee et al. 1980,Lange-Bertalot and Krammer 1987).本邦でもKuriyama et al. (2006) による神奈川県横浜市海の公園および千葉県館山市沖の島周辺に生育する海草アマモZostera marina L. 葉上からの報告があり,また筆者らは富山県入善町 ( 鈴木ほか 2005) や三重県尾鷲市(未発表)の海洋深層水利用施設内で深層水掛け流し水槽中に多量に自然繁茂することを確認している.これらの報告に見られるように,本分類群は海産底生珪藻の中でも汎布種として扱われて良いが,これまで殻微細構造の詳細は十分に解明されていない.

     本研究では静岡県海洋深層水施設から採集した個体群とその単種培養株に基づいて,光学顕微鏡(LM) 観察,透過型および走査型電子顕微鏡(TEM とSEM) 観察を行い,葉緑体の形態や配置,細胞の運動,被殻 (frustule)断面の形態, および縦溝 (raphe), 胞紋(areolae),帯片 (band) の微細構造に関する新たな知見が得られたのでここに報告する.

    This paper presents partial discharge characteristics and film thickness wear till dielectric breakdown under bipolar repetitive impulse voltage application to twisted pair enamel wire added with nano-size boehmite to polyimide (PI) resin by comparing with a sample without the addition. The frequency acceleration equivalence of the life time and PD characteristics till breakdown is also examined. As a result, it was found that at frequencies 10 kHz to 30 kHz, a frequency acceleration equivalence held in terms of the total amount of PD charge at an applied voltage Va = 1.5 kV, while it did not at Va = 3.0 kV due to severer heat generated by PD. In addition, it was found that the coating thickness erosion of boehmite PI was less likely to be caused than that of neat PI under the same experimental conditions. Consequently, it is indicated that the total PD charge amount is closely related with the coating erosion speed.

    人がジェスチャーを使い操作する時、手を振ると画面の明かりが着くといったように動作の意味に対応しない結果の為、学習を必要とする場合が多い。このような学習を前提とした操作方法と比べ、日常で使用する動作と、それに対応した結果が得られる操作を取り入れた方が有効ではないかと考えた。この非接触型のジェスチャーインターフェースの提案の一例として、隠す行為に着目した。隠す行為には、(1)そのものを見ない為に隠すこと、(2)そのものを隠し周りを見る為に隠す、2つの意味があると考え、今回(2)の意味に着目し、(2)には隠す事で注目できなかったものに自然と注目が転換されるという仕組みを発見した。そこで印象の強い思い出を隠せば、印象の弱くなってしまった思い出に自然と注目が転換される再生ツールに応用したインタフェースの提案ができるのではないかと考えた。

    Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is currently a major worldwide concern. Guidelines have been issued regarding precautions for healthcare workers caring for SARS-CoV-2-infected patients. Despite accurate observance of infection control measures, including contact precautions, we encountered an OXA-23-producing Acinetobacter baumannii outbreak in 5 intensive care units of 10 beds each in our tertiary care teaching hospital.

    For the purification of the dolphin collagen the fiber formation processing after the solubilization of pretreated dolphin

    was applied. First, the effect of the pretreatment on the component of the dolphin
    hide
    and some methods of the solubilization were examined.
    The dolphin
    hide
    was pretreated with acetone and ethyl ether, then 0.5M sodium acetate and 0.1%, acetic acid. From the analyses of amino acids (Hypro, Pro, Tyr, Try), sugars (hexose and pentose) and amino sugar (hexosamine), the dolphin
    hide
    seemed to be considerably purified by the pretreatment (Table 1).
    The amount of acid soluble collagen extracted by citrate buffer (pH 3.6) was as low as 0.1%.
    It was confirmed to be better to solubilize the dolphin
    hide
    with the treatment of pepsin (crystallized twice-PU 366000) than with that of the Hiirotake enzyme product (PU 16600) after pretreating under the following condition as a method of the solubilization; Preheating treatment was done at 70°C, for 10min. After preheating, the dolphin
    hide
    was cooled slowly to room temperature for 2-3hr. Pepsin treatment was done with 1%, pepsin on dried
    hide
    weight at pH 1.5 (HCl-CH3COONa buffer), and 25°C.

    The Protein composition of skin which gives an essential knowledge for manufacturing leather or gelatin was studied with the shark skin, an important raw material of marine leather and fish gelatin. The results obtained can be summarized as follows;
    (1) The content of globulin-alubumin fraction in the skin of great blue shark(Prionace Glaucus) was somewhat higher than in cattle

    (Cf. Table 1). The mucoid content in the shark was 5-6 times as larg as that in cattle
    hide
    (Cf. Tablc 2).
    (2) The content of elastin in shark skin was higher than in cattle
    hide
    . The elastin content in the dorsal skin of great blue shark was smaller than in the ventral skin. The amount of elastin contained in the dorsal and ventral skins of blue shark (Isuropsis Glauca) was the same as in the ventral skins of great blue shark (Cf. Table 2 and 3).
    (3) It has been found that collagen contained in shark skin is only about 13% in contrast with that of cattle

    which was reported to be nearly 30% of the green

    . For this reason, shark skin is not supposed very suitable as a material for manufacturing gelatin.
    (4) The amino acid composition of collagen could not be found different between great blue shark and terrestial animal

    when tested after Van Slyke's method (C1. Table 6). It seems that the two-dimensional chromatography of hydrolyzate of shark skin-collagen presented the pattern resemble to that of cattle

    -gelatin (Cf. Figure 3).

    Association rule mining is a powerful data mining tool, and it can be used to discover unknown patterns from large volumes of data. However, people often have to face the risk of disclosing sensitive information when data is shared with different organizations. The association rule mining techniques may be improperly used to find sensitive patterns which the owner is unwilling to disclose. One of the great challenges in association rule mining is how to protect the confidentiality of sensitive patterns when data is released. Association rule hiding refers to sanitize a database so that certain sensitive association rules cannot be mined out in the released database. In this study, we proposed a new method which hides sensitive rules by removing some items in a database to reduce the support or confidence levels of sensitive rules below specified thresholds. Based on the information of positive border rules and negative border rules contained in transactions, the proposed method chooses suitable candidates for modification aimed at reducing the side effects and the data distortion degree. Comparative experiments on real datasets and synthetic datasets demonstrate that the proposed method can

    Preface
    It is an important subject to discuss the tendency of competition and the development of the method of mental culture, when we consider the modernization in Budo. Especially the method of mental culture made progress late in the Meiji era, when the inclusion movement to school curriculum was in full swing. Encouraging elementary school education and prothoting the youth activities are shown here as one of the subjects of the improvement movement in local districts after the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905.

    Makino, who belonged to Ono-Itto School of Kendo, is studied. He was the principal of an elementary school in Aichi Gun (county) of Aichi Prefecture, and keen on spreading mental culture as the idea of kendo to the youth in his region during this period. We will study a from of the method of mental culture in districts along with the local improvement movement mentioned above.

    Later, Mune-yoshi was qualified for the teacher of Kage-Style by

    I have some questions as follows, what style he had learned before.
    I suppose as follows.
    Yagiyu-shin-kage-ryu-engi which was transmitted to the Yagiyu family in 0-wari district was suggested him to belong Shin-to Style, and the annals of the Yagiyu family in Edo district was suggested him to belong Toda Style.
    Shin- kage Style is said that was added to new idea to Kage Style that was created by Iko-sai Aisu. I think that it had not a simple progress, but especially Yagiyushin-kage Style was performed a merit of Shin-to Style, Toda Style and various styles. Then I would like to know and study more about those relation by the comparison the literature on this subject.

    慢性蕁麻疹は,明らかな誘因が無く,ほぼ毎日膨疹が繰り返し出現する疾患であり,皮膚マスト細胞・好塩基球から遊離されるヒスタミンが皮膚微小血管内皮細胞に作用して膨疹・紅斑が形成されると考えられている.皮膚マスト細胞・好塩基球の活性化機序として,一部の症例ではマスト細胞膜上の高親和性IgE受容体(FcεRI)やIgE抗体に対する自己抗体が認められるが,多くの慢性蕁麻疹の発症機序は依然不明であり,治療では抗ヒスタミン薬に抵抗する症例も多い.近年,慢性蕁麻疹の病態に,特に外因系血液凝固反応が関与しているという知見が多数報告されている.これらの知見は慢性蕁麻疹の病態と血液凝固反応の間に密接な関係があることを示唆しているが,その詳細は未だ明らかではない.本稿では,慢性蕁麻疹の病態と血液凝固反応の関係について,これまでの報告と我々の研究から得られた研究成果を中心に紹介する.

    The identification of antigen that induces activation of mast cells and basophils in a patient is crucial to avoid symptoms of allergic diseases. Since surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRI) can visualize activation of individual cell, such as basophils without any labeling, SPRI sensor possesses a great potential for clinical diagnosis of allergy. However, conventional technique of SPRI requires freshly isolated basophils of patients and cannot analyze multiple samples in parallel. To overcome such problems, we developed devices for SPRI to make a broad observation area and a multi-well SPRI sensor chip with a hydrophobic membrane. The employment of human IgE receptor-expressing mast cell lines (RBL-48 cells) sensitized with serum, collected and stored from less than a microliter of patientʼs blood,allowed us to detect specific reactions of RBL-48 cells in response to antigens, suggesting this technique may be a useful tool as a screening system of type I allergy.

    原料皮の鮮度低下過程における皮質の損傷が,おもに嫌気性菌のコラーゲン分解作用によることを明らかにするために,以下の実験を行なった.とくに,新鮮皮に付着した嫌気性菌が好気性菌との共存下で,生皮の腐敗に関与している可能性を明らかにしようと試みた.牛生皮あるいは培養液を30°Cに保存して,経時的に細菌の増殖と皮コラーゲンの分解力から検索した.1) 子牛生皮を30°Cに保存すると,腐敗の進行につれて好気性菌数と共に嫌気性菌数も増加した.2) 新鮮皮から単離したコラーゲン分解力の強い嫌気性菌株Clostridiumを好気性菌と共に混合培養すると,好気性菌の増殖に伴って生菌数が増加し,培養液のコラーゲン分解力を高めた.3) Clostridium16-An株と好気性菌37-1株を新鮮皮に接種して保存すると,皮質が著しく溶解することを認めた.以上の結果から,コラーゲン分解力をもつClostridiumは,好気性菌が共存すると増殖して,生皮の著しい品質悪化を起こす原因となることが明らかとなった.
