    The psychology, physiology and pathology of children with health impairment have not been sufficiently understood in the field of education. However, there is no tool to measure the psychological, physiological and pathological changes of children with health impairment until now and the current state of the classes to consider the psychology, physiology and pathology of children with health impairment has not been investigated. This study aimed to clarify the relationship between the psychological, physiological and pathological changes of children with health impairment and the outcome of the classes by using the
    PATCHI
    and SNEAT. The class evaluations were carried out for one 5th-grade student with health impairment by using both
    PATCHI
    and SNEAT once a week between January and March in 2015. In results of data collection, the psychological, physiological and pathological changes of children with health impairment and the outcomes of classes at schools were measured and the tasks to be improved in the curriculum of universities for teacher education for special needs education were investigated.

    The statistics of total catch of sand-lance since 1905 and catch and effort data by types of fisheries in recent years are analysed to find trends of the fisheries and the population. Following results are obtained.
    1) The whole period (1905-1967) can be devided into two periods, upto and after 1943, according to the trend of total catch. In both periods the total catch increased exponentially and the coefficient of increase in the latter period is about 1.3 times of that in the former.
    2) The sand-lance of 0-age occupy 80-98% of the total. The dominant fishery of komashi ami in the former period was taken over by funabiki ami and
    patchi
    ami in the latter period. The age composition of fish in the catch also changed and immature fish form a growing percentage in comparison with larvae and juveniles.
    3) Peak month of catch shifted from April to May as a result of changes in demand for the size of fish and the types of gear.

    In particular, in the field of special needs education has been introduced, it attaches great importance to Psychology, Physiology and Pathology. However, the psychology, physiology and pathology of children impairment have not been sufficiently understood in the field of special needs education. According to preceding study (Kohara et al., 2015), the problem caused by the lack of expertise of teachers was derived from the curriculum of undergraduate programs of special needs education. Therefore, this study aimed to analyzed the contents of education on psychology, physiology and pathology currently being conducted in the expert training course of Special Support Education, and to clarifythe problem.

    This paper proposes a Multicast-like delivery tree construction protocol and a video merging algorithm of the Active Video Delivery (AVD) mechanism that can be utilized for delivering a multiple video digest. It considers the problems that exist in the current state of IP Multicast networks and addresses issues regarding the efficiency of delivering streaming video content. The multiple video digest system provides users with an initial multiple video preview upon their requests, instead of requiring a direct download of large video files. With such a system in place, two problems can be solved: (i) the shortening of time required to retrieve videos from large-scale video archives; and (ii) helping users to choose the desired content efficiently.
      The results in our analytic model and simulations indicate that with a properly chosen AVD Sharing stream regeneration threshold, our proposed mechanism significantly reduces the resources, such as the total network cost, the average link load, and the video server bandwidth requirement, which are required to distribute the requested video content. In addition, results based on simulations confirm that the AVD tree can achieve the same efficiency as that of conventional IP Multicast approaches.

    Depending upon the analysis of the size composition drawn from catch the conditions of some exploited fish population have often been studied, and the size composition of some larval fishes may surely take hold of the revelation of their survival and growth processes in the sea. This paper treats of these matters by inspecting the size compositions drawn from the catch by the small drag net with the aid of mathematical models of a exponential function or a stochastic process.
    Almost all the size composition may show the one of a cohort with the individual variation in growth though there appears the error due to the method of sampling or measurement. In the consequence of the quadratic regression application to the size composition the survival period of the cohort is detected to be about 60 days and the mortality coefficients averaged through this period have become the values within the range of 0.0250-0.0418 (1/day). The coefficients which indicate the variance of individuality in the logarithmically transformed total length have the values of ten to the minus fourth power, that are supported by the studies in another fishes rearing.

     腹壁瘢痕ヘルニア修復術後の遅発性メッシュ感染の報告は少ない.今回,Composix Kugel patch(以下,CKPと略記)の癒着が原因と考えられた遅発性メッシュ感染を経験したのでその原因と予防法について考察を加え報告する.症例は75歳の女性で,他院で腹壁瘢痕ヘルニアに対しCKPで修復術を受け術後3年経過して遅発性メッシュ感染を発症した.保存的治療に抵抗性であったためメッシュ除去手術を施行した.腹腔内に留置されたCKPはPolytetrafluoroethyleneの辺縁が全周性に腹腔側に折れ曲がり外側のポリプロピレンが腹腔内に露出し全周性に小腸が癒着していた.腸管とメッシュに囲まれた間隙に膿瘍を認めた.メッシュを除去して欠損した腹壁を直接縫合閉鎖し術後は合併症なく退院となった.本例はCKPの固定法に何らかの問題があったと考えられCKPを使用する際には固定法に注意すべきだと思われた.

    At present, evaluation of “adaptive behavior ” is regarded as important in intellectual disability, and it is considered that it is not difficult to manage daily life by providing appropriate educational support and social support (MEXT, 2013). People are affected by the environment and their psychology changes, leading to action. If they have a disorder, in addition to the psychological aspect, the physiological and pathological aspects are also affected. Therefore, for children with intellectual disabilities, higher educational effects can be expected by providing educational support in consideration of psychological, physiological, and pathological aspects. Therefore, in this research, by defining the definition and diagnostic criteria of mental disorders and organizing psychology, physiology, and pathological factors, 1) Examine whether the contents related to psychological, physiological, pathological changes are described in the diagnostic criteria or adaptive behavior. 2) In addition, from the point of the QOL of intellectual disabilities persons and the QOL of children, it examined what kind of domain is necessary when capturing the psychological, physiological, and pathological changes of children with intellectual disabilities.

    Coronary artery stenosis or occlusion following coronary transfer procedures in congenital heart surgery is a rare but serious complication that often leads to severe heart failure. This complication often needs extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support in the early stage and is associated with sudden death or the need for heart transplantation later after surgery. The complication is particularly important in an arterial switch operation for transposition of the great arteries (TGA), which is performed in newborns and infants with low body weight. Additionally, TGA is often associated with various anatomical coronary abnormalities. Two surgical procedures have been used to manage this complication: surgical redo of coronary ostial anastomosis, often with autologous tissue patch enlargement (SOAP) and pediatric coronary artery bypass surgery using the internal thoracic artery (PCABS-ITA). Both methods have relative advantages and disadvantages but early surgical survival results are equivalent. Based on various database analyses, I currently consider SOAP as I(C) and PCABS-ITA as IIa(C) for a rescue operation in which coronary obstruction is due to technical errors or mechanical compression, kinking, and/or stretching. For late coronary complications in which fibroproliferative obstruction is the main cause, I recommend PCABS-ITA as I(C) and SOAP as IIa(C). In addition, tight stenosis (>90%) or total obstruction extending into the bifurcation of the left main trunk favors PCABS-ITA, whereas localized left main stenosis of a less severe degree favors SOAP. Careful follow-up and long-term results are important. Because coronary obstruction is a serious but rare complication, analysis of long-term data is essential.

    In special needs education, it is important to consider the psychology, physiology, and pathological aspects of children and students (Kohara, Nakakuroshima, Nagahama et al., 2015). Especially with regard to the education of children with health impairment, it is important to understand and provide educational support, as physiological and pathological diseases such as chronic diseases often affect psychological aspects. Therefore, in this research, clarify the problems of the previous researches on the relationship between “psychology, physiology and pathology” in education of the children with health impairment in Japan from the viewpoint of psychology and physiology and pathology. And also it aimed to become basic research to develop the teaching method based on the relationship. As a result, with regard to practical cases regarding support for children with health impairment and children with chronic diseases, in particular in the field of education and medical care, evaluation based on scientific evidence is carried out for evaluation regarding psychological , physiological and pathological viewpoints. There was no case. In the future, it will be necessary to develop tools that can establish the relationship between “psychology” , “physiology” and “pathology” in sick and chronically ill children. And in the development of the tool, the result of this research is considered to be useful to make the construct.

     症例は54歳の女性で,2001年9月に当院で右側スピーゲルヘルニアに対して修復術を施行した.2007年9月に左中腹部膨隆を主訴に当科を受診した.身体所見上,左中腹部に腹圧にて出現する膨隆を触知し圧痛は認めなかった.還納は容易であり,直径2 cm大のヘルニア門を触診した.前回手術痕は右側対称に認められた.CTでは左腹直筋外縁に腹腔内から皮下に脱出するヘルニア嚢を認めた.以上より,左側スピーゲルヘルニア異時性発症と診断し,待機的に全身麻酔下で手術を施行した.ヘルニア門は直径1.5×1.5cm大で,腹直筋と内外腹斜筋および腹横筋間の癒合が完全欠損したタイプであった.Composix® Kugel® patchを用いて修復を行った.術後経過は良好で,第8病日に退院した.術後15か月が経過し,再発は認めていない.今回,我々は非嵌頓異時性両側スピーゲルヘルニアの1例を経験したので,文献的考察を含め報告した.

    Diel successive samplings of Japanese Spanish mackerel Scomberomorus niphonius larvae were conducted throughout 24 h both in the sea and in captivity in order to estimate their daily ration. Using the Elliott and Persson model, the instantaneous gastric evacuation rate was estimated from the depletion of stomach contents (% dry bodyweight) with time during the night for wild fish (3.0-11.5 mm standard length) and from starvation experiments for reared fish (8, 10, and 15 days after hatching (DAH)). Japanese Spanish mackerel is a daylight feeder and exhibited piscivorous habits from first feeding both in the sea and in captivity. Feeding activity peaked at dusk. The estimated daily ration for wild larvae were 111.1 and 127.2% in 1996 and 1997, respectively; and those for reared larvae ranged from 90.6 to 111.7% of dry bodyweight. Based on the estimated value of daily rations for reared fish, the total number of newly hatched red sea bream Pagrus major larvae preyed by a Japanese Spanish mackerel from first feeding (5 DAH) to beginning of juvenile stage (20 DAH) in captivity was calculated to be 1139-1404.

    An acoustic telemetry system for measuring a cross-sectional structure in the sea has been developed. The system consisted of an ultrasonic receiver, tape-recorder and five communication capsules which transmit the acoustic signal at regular intervals. The telemetry links from under-water were made through the capsules. The capsules were fixed at equal intervals on the cable which had a depressor huug on it and towed at a steady speed. The signal sent from the capsules was caught by the receiver on board. From the data obtained by the system, an isothermal con-tour of the cross section was drawn by the use of computer. This paper describes the system in detail and gives a testing result.

    The daily catch of shirasu fishery in the coastal region of the Tosa Bay fluctuates irregularly day by day, while the seasonal change of species or size composition in catch is almost stationary every year. As the histogram of C(t) which is the cubic root of daily catch shows some normal distribution, time series analysis was carried out depending upon the stantionary and ergodic property of C(t).
    According to the inspections, it is inferred that C(t) fluctuation is based on the long term period of a month or more and is modified by some characteristic period of a few days or a week. And under the assumption that C(t) may be determined by the abunadance of fishing resource and the complex system which is composed of some factors and is specific to the fishery ground, the author attempted to analyze C(t) fluctuation by considering the ordinary differental equation of nonhomogeneous type. It was found that the two comparative spectra which are S(ƒ) that is got from the real C(t) fluctuatoon and Sc(ƒ) from this system analysis are in close correspondence.

    High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDRI) refers to a set of techniques that can represent a dynamic range of real world luminance. Hence, the HDR image can be used to measure the reflectance property of materials. In order to reproduce the original color of materials using this HDR image, characterization of HDR imaging is needed. In this study, we propose a new HDRI characterization method under a known illumination condition at the HDR level. The proposed method normalizes the HDR image by using the HDR image of a light and balances the tone using the reference of the color chart. We demonstrate that our method outperforms the previous method at the LDR level by the average color difference and BRDF rendering result. The proposed method gives a much better reproduction of the original color of a given material.

    The hypothesis that prey abundance and larval growth rate are related to recruitment was tested in Japanese Spanish mackerel in the central Seto Inland Sea, Japan. The relationships among larval abundance, growth rate, prey fish (clupeiform larvae) abundance, and the catch per unit fishing effort (CPUE) of the subsequent 1-year-old fish were examined from 1995 to 1999. A significant, positive correlation was found between the larval growth rate and the CPUE, but not between the larval abundance and the CPUE. There also existed a significant positive correlation between the abundance of clupeiform larvae and the larval growth rate, which varied from 0.4 to 1.0mm/day. Both the larval growth rate and the CPUE were higher in 1995 and 1999, when the period of peak occurrence of clupeiform larvae timed well with that of the mackerel larvae. It has been concluded that the prey abundance during the early larval period is one of the most important determinants of the growth and recruitment of Japanese Spanish mackerel.

    To investigate the early life history of Japanese Spanish mackerel Scomberomorus niphonius in the Seto Inland Sea, abundance, occurrence, feeding habits, and growth of larvae were examined from wild specimens collected in Hiuchi-nada in 1995 and 1996. In addition, Japanese Spanish mackerel were reared in the laboratory to determine the rate of otolith microstructual increment formation during early stages.
    Japanese Spanish mackerel in the central waters of the Seto Inland Sea appear to have evolved a reproductive strategy of short-term spawning timed to correspond to the seasonal-peak abundance of their prey. Japanese Spanish mackerel laevae were almost exclusively piscivorous and their most important prey was Clupeiformes larvae with slender body form. Occurrence of Japanese Spanish mackerel eggs and larvae was restricted with a peak abundance in late May to early June, corresponding with a peak abundance of Clupeiformes larvae. Age estimation for 70 wild larvae and early juveniles revealed a mean growth rate of 1.03mm/day between 4 and 20 days after hatching, which appears to be markedly higher than those from most of coastal marine fishes.

    海洋におけるプランクトンパッチの安定性について, リアプノフ関数を導入して考察する. 流れの時間変化がなく, 考える領域をよぎる流れのない閉じた水塊中で, 移流, 拡散, 増殖の効果を含む単一種のプランクトンの分布を表わす拡散方程式を考え, リアプノフ関数を導く. 系の安定性に対する十分条件は, 積分形で表わされ, それには増殖率α, 拡散係数AL, 成長を表わす任意関数fが含まれるが, 流れすなわち移流の効果は含まれない. また, パッチの初期の大きさにも関係しない.
