This paper is described the probabilities of simultaneous uses and the calculation results of water load. The probabilities of simultaneous uses are analysed with the Monte Carlo Simulation and the results of the investigations. Based on these analysed results, the distributions of the probabilities are shown in the poisson distributions. And using the above results and basic deta, the following calculation results are shown and analysed. 1. The number of simultaneous uses of water in variable uses. 2. The number of sanitary fixtures to install in the buildings. 3. Water flow rates of simultaneous uses. 4. Water flow rates of consumption per hour in variable uses.
