This research aims at building the evaluation system of a stocked type residence and aiming at the spread, in order that environmental load may realize sustainable society by building the few and good housing stock of a long-life. This report builds the evaluation system for a single-family house before long, and while raising recognition of the citizen to a stocked type residence, in order that the validity of an evaluation system may verify, it is related with the contest performed in Kitakyushu city using this evaluation system.
