The purpose of this research is to clarify the effect on students’ attendance at the workshop held at IYAMA village in Niigata city. The results are as follows: 1) Students could figure out the spatial composition of the village. 2) Residents could realize the importance of the spatial composition. 3) Residents voluntarily planted trees and flowers on the embankment according to the spatial composition. 4) The Local government has followed the residents’ improvement year by year.
