With the population decline and depopulation aging, is new construction demand that was supporting the housing industry in many areas it is the situation that cannot be expected. On the other hand the loss of Heritage is progressing rapidly in many areas.
Through this research, maintenance of traditional houses of the area, through the promotion of traditional local industry, reported the industry measures that lead to the preservation of the local housing production system as a new social plan technology development.
