Considering the future improvement of resident-circumstance in rural area, especially under populated area, sport-network services, which community-residents in all generation enjoy, communicate easily and lifelong-learning through a variety of sports, may be a means for community planning.
The present research and analysis on the sport-network services in depopulated rural areas where face to severe problems of Aging Society with a Declining Birthrate, intends to study on the effectiveness and potentiality of such sport-network services for rural community improvement.
