We analyzed the possibility of construction by community in participatory park re-maintenance. The results are: 1)The most possible method of construction by community is participation of community to construction that the supplier who took an order performs. It is necessary for conference and cooperation by parties concerned. Other methods of construction by community are as follows: 1)A construction contract by competitive bidding.2) Negociated contract. 3) Participation of community in construction of direct management of administration. 4) Duties trust to a coordinator. But they have problems.
