In this research, the geometric model of terraced paddy field which has the curvilinear element along the geographical feature is proposed, comparative evaluation with the conventional land readjustment was carried out, and it was analyzed about the subject as a new land readjustment technique. For characteristics of the group where evaluation of the new land readjustment technique which has the curvilinear element was high from results of the AHP evaluation test, they regarded "a good point of a scene" as an important factor and regarded "a good point of nature" and "a good point of alliance" as an important evaluation factor of a scene.
