This study focused on conservation fee in natural resource management in the case of mountain area in Nagano prefecture, and investigated perceptions of visitors following consideration of roles of mountain lodges by literature study, hearing, and questionnaire. Visitors has decreased in 2020 due to the Coronavirus Crisis, and it led reservation system approved, also visitor's positive attitude toward conservation fee in future. Affirmative commitment of visitors is significant, and it is important to define the roles of stakeholders as operators of field utilization, and make efficient circulation system of conservation fees. Regarding visitors as a member of stakeholders and promoting management of utilization based on characteristics of resources and visitor's needs are getting more significance.
