Formation scheme of ZnTe microspheres via hot injection method

A hot injection method that is possible to trace the formation of ZnTe microspheres in the polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)-ethylene glycol solvent. The sizes of ZnTe microspheres are related to the formation of Te rods which is affected by used amount of PVP and the concentration of precursors.
