Abstract
Phosphorylation of adenosine with morpholino phosphorodichloridate, P1-diphenyl P2-morpholino pyrophosphorochloridate and 2, 6-lupetidyl phosphorodichloridate in the presence of boric acid was performed in DMF solution. It was observed that the ratio of resulting 5'-monophosphate to 2'-+3'-monophosphate was in the range of 2.7∼5.5, which indicated the protection of borate complex on 2'-and 3'-hydroxyl group of adenosine against the attack of the phosphorylating agent.
