Abstract
The paper deals with a comparison of the pattern of activity of enzymes of the original Yoshida sarcoma with that of a line of the same tumor, which is 10, 000-fold resistant to HN2. Only difference so far obtained by these experiments with sixteen kinds of enzymes was found in the activity of sulfatase. Patterns of enzyme activity of several rat ascites hepatomas were also presented, some of which are inherently resistant to HN2, some are very sensitive, and the rest of them moderately sensitive.
