Abstract

Synthesis of dogfish MSH P_II, H-Ser-Met-Glu-His-Phe-Arg-Trp-Gly-Lys-Pro-Met-NH₂, was described, in which N^ε-β, β, β-trichloroethyloxycarbonyllysine and β, β, β-trichloroethyloxycarbonylhydrazine, bearing the protecting group removable by Zn, were applied.
