Recently in Japan, traffic accidents caused by driver error or dangerous driving have become a serious social problem. Along with the development of automated driving and advanced driver assistance systems, driver education and awareness should also be improved to encourage safer driving practices. In this study, we evaluate the effectiveness of anomalous driving detection methods for driving safety management. These methods identify potentially dangerous driving behaviors that are often difficult for drivers to recognize. In conclusion, it was evident that providing feedback on driving performance reduced the occurrence of anomalous driving behaviors.
