抄録
1) The fitness of the intravenous glucose tolerance curve to an equation in consecutive monomolecular reaction_??_was investigated with 22 cases of rabbits, and it was found out that the curve which appears 23-103 minutes after the injection of glucose is expressed by the above mentioned equation.
2) When the interval between the bleeding times was 20 mins., the values of e-k1 and e-k2 calculated from the results from 22 normal rabbits were 0.628 ±0.186 and 0.462 ±0.325, respectively, and e-k1 seems to express relatively well the glucose tolerance of the living body.
