Abstract
Project Based Learning (PBL) is widely implemented in the field of education at universities. In this paper, we planned and managed a learning event for elementary school students in the design field as an initiative for value creation in a company. The purpose of this case study was to help the project team understand and steadily implement the design process, and to measure the degree of achievement by incorporating evaluation work using rubrics. As a result, differences in the degree of achievement were observed in several projects. From this practical case study, we clarify the factors that affect the execution of the design process of the project team from the perspective of P2M, and clarify the requirements for effective PBL implementation in design education.
