抄録

In order to measure the electrical properties of single particles using the AC nanopore method, we proposed a straw-type nanopore that can solve the problems of conventional nanopore. The results showed that the straw-type nanopore can solve the three problems of conventional nanopore. This method is not only a new method for measuring the electrical properties of single particles, but also a starting point for a new biosensing classification method based on electrical properties. It is expected to be developed into a classification method based on the electrical properties of various microorganisms and extracellular vesicles in the future.
