2000年11月6日〜8日まで、米国サンディエゴ市で開催されたThe 6th International Conference on the Science and Technology of Display Phosphors(6th STDP)並びに2000年12月4日〜7日まで、浜松市で開催されたThe 10th International Workshop on Inorganic and Organic Electroluminescence(EL'00)において発表された研究論文の中から、ここでは無機EL素子に関連したセッションで発表された研究論文の内容を要約して紹介する。
