抄録
The composition Al2SiO5 has three well-known polymorphs, andalusite, sillimanite and kyanite.
We discovered and synthesized two new high-pressure forms of Al2SiO5 by multianvil experiments at the mantle-transition-region pressures (13-23 GPa) and high temperatures exceeding 2300-2500 K.
In this presentation, I will mainly talk about the phase relations of Al2SiO5.
