SRAM-based FPGAs are vulnerable to a SEU, which is induced by radiation effect. The SEU's effects on configuration memories are able to be eliminated by TMR and Partial Reconfiguration. However, the reliability of the sequential circuit is not ensured only by these techniques because their contexts are not synchronized with other modules. This paper presents the context synchronization technique and the dynamic reconifguration technique for the softcore processor system including peripherals.
