The physical distribution has accomplished development from the distribution system to logistics and from logistics to SCN. Then, the physical distribution by SCN based on total optimization must be practiced. That is, it must be practiced from the standpoints which exceed each section. In recent years, it is desired from the field of environment as global warming and so on, and it is desired from the field of society as traffic infrastructure and so on. In this paper, we proposed the hybrid FLC random-key based GA to solve multi-objective SCM. And we report the effectivity of proposal method.
