再生可能エネルギー設備の発電電力抑制による電力系統の負荷周波数制御

抄録

Recently, penetration of renewable energy sources is remarkable. It causes frequency deviation. Therefore, this paper proposes frequency control method using demand response and suppression of renewable energy sources. It is assume that the consumption power is controlled automatically by electricity price given by real-time pricing. In addition, the suppression of photovoltaic generator and wind generator is introduced. Furthermore, battery which has fast respond characteristic is used, because DR and suppression have slow respond characteristic by communication delay and mechanical delay.
