Nowadays, the use of Virtual Learning Environment has been became important tool to support academic activity as daily basis. In those academic activities, writing report or make the literature book are the most important task for a lecturer. Markdown has been an alternatives for writing style beside LaTeX. Different with LaTeX, Markdown could to transform into both HTML as web pages and pdf for printing document. Markdown was not only easy to use but also easy to deploy. This paper discuss the development of Markdown editor on developed Lecturer Based Supportive Tool (LBST).
