Network on chip(NoC) has been in popularity with industry and academia, which is threatened by degraded reliability. In this paper, the Hamiltonian-based Odd-Even Fault-tolerant routing Algorithm(HoeFA) is proposed to address unidirectional fault links in 2D mesh, which take use of spare links and aim to achieve the highest degree of the use of minimal routing path and a more balanced traffic distribution. Compared with the traditional Hamiltonian-based Fault-tolerant routing Algorithm(HamFA), our proposed HoeFA can acquire an obvious improvement in throughput and global average latency especially in uniform traffic pattern.
