Microdisk cavities with small mode volume and ease of integration have been progressively studied because of use in biosensors with high sensitivity. However, it is difficult to develop the next generation organic microdisk biosensors which is directly doped with protein detection assay, since microdisk is generally fabricated in high temperature. Therefore, we previously proposed the ink-jet printing method which can fabricate an organic microdisk using hyper-branched polymer (HBP) in room-temperature. In this study, we investigated on a compatibility between the HBP and protein analyte.
