Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) is an antenna technology for large capacity wireless communications. MIMO exhibits the ability in a multipath environment. However, in a short-range (SR) communication, the direct wave is dominant. Therefore, the channel capacity deterioration is occurred by antennas placement.This paper proposes applying a meta-surface reflector for SR-MIMO. The improvement of channel capacity is shown.
