We have studied arrayed photodetectors generating terahertz wave in which optical signals are fed to the photodetectors through bending optical waveguides. Bending structure causes optical loss which seriously eliminates the photodetector efficiency. In this study, we investigate the relationship between the bending structure and optical loss at an optical waveguide for higher-power terahertz wave generation.
