A polarization converting metasurface is presented. The proposed structure consists of periodic unit cell of bow-tie shape. The unit cell has a length of 1/3 wavelength, a width of 1/4 wavelength, a thickness of about 1/8 wavelength. 95% or more of the incident wave is reflected and converted to crossing polarization at right angle covering a broad bandwidth 36.4% at 8 GHz.
