Deterioration of Electric Double-Layer Capacitor (EDLC) known as good quality capacitor is different with how it is used. Therefore I need to understand the inside of EDLC to analyze the deterioration of it. I measured capacitance of EDLC with alternative current impedance method in the area that is faster than the time constant and did equivalent circuit analysis. I also compared it to deterioration EDLC. As a result I got a result that they are completely different. It can be analyzed in the area that is faster than the time constant.
