A patch antenna generating plane wave and orthogonal two orbital angular momentum modes (OAM) is presented. A large channel capacity is expected at an identical frequency by using OAM modes for a space multiplex transmission technology. This antenna consists of a single circular patch and a loop elements generating OAM with orders of l =±1 modes and plane wave of l=0, respectively. As the result, we have found the possibility of three independent transmission paths at 2.4 GHz. The structure proposed here is simulated by ANSYS HFSS 18.2.
