Thermal energy of low and medium temperature ranges has been paid wide attention as one of the promising technologies to harvest wasted thermal energy. One of them is a thermoelectric generator (TEG) which converts thermal energy into electric energy and vice versa. One of the authors has proposed a novel maximum power point tracking method and validate the effectiveness of such control system in the steady state conditions. The authors are now interested in the transient behavior of TEG system. This paper presents the transient response of the electrical output of TEG when the load condition is changed in a short time duration.
